I provide mentoring / coaching services to both management and marketing professionals. I say mentoring but I actually mentor, coach and sometimes train. I coach because I believe helping people find the right answers for them fosters ownership and transformation. I mentor as a subject matter expert filling the gaps in industry knowledge, marketing and business strategy. 

My motto: find out what works, remove what doesn’t and try something new.  Reiterate, document learnings and best practices. I tend to ask ‘why’ not just what and how.  I am good at getting people to focus on agreed goals and follow through providing them with a vision.  Many find this process enjoyable because they can see how far they have come and a sense of achievement.  I have assisted people to help them get raises and promotions, to start their own businesses, improve profitability and strategic business focus.

Holistic approach – Due to my MBA and experience working in different corporate departments (marketing, operations, supply planning, FMCG, Industrial, Software, Business Solutions) I excel in marketing that is part of overall business strategy.  I also have an understanding of digital analytics at the high level that informs my understanding of digital marketing as a tool for strategy.
